Terms and Conditions

i) Orders, once placed, cannot be cancelled.

ii) All handmade chocolate items will be sent out 1st class post unless otherwise specified.

iii) As all our handmade chocolate items are made to order we kindly ask clients to allow 7 working days from order to delivery.

iv)  Any celebration cake orders made online must be collected in person from our premises - we do not deliver these items.  Any persons placing an order but not able to collect the cake will not be entitled to a refund.

v) We do our best to ensure that all orders sent out in the post are packaged substantially to avoid damage to our chocolates, however in the event of your order not reaching you in perfect condition we ask that you return them to us and we will send out a replacement within 4 working days from receiving your returned goods.

vi)  All information received by Butterflies & Angels will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1984 and will not be given to any 3rd parties.

vii)  All of our products are made in a kitchen where we also work with nuts, therefore we cannot guarantee that any of our products are suitable for Nut Allergy Sufferers and would therefore strongly advise anyone with an allergy from eating our products.
